~ About ~
My name is Rosemary Wildhover and I was born in 1985 in Annecy in Haute-Savoie (74).
I've been writing stories since I was about 12 years old. I have always liked to write, and at school, I was regularly entitled to the big red line crossing my double copy in writing with the mention "Hors Subject" ... That did not discourage me for all that, and to At the beginning of the 2000s, I started what would become "Désia" my fantasy saga , my baby who grew up at the same time as me during these last years. This series has gone by several names, several backgrounds, but the overall story has remained the same until today.
In 2009, I published it as a freelance on MétéoEditions, but at the time, while I was proud to finally have my first novel in my hands, I quickly realized that their catalog was far too small. I then went to Bookelis when, in 2012, I had finished writing Volume 2, The Kingdom of Fire. But, rebelote, unless paying for a partnership with Hachette, the catalog had no visibility. Finally, tired, I turned to Amazon and after some setbacks, I ended up publishing Volume 1 Le Royaume des Vents in 2020, then Volume 2 the same year.
Not being able to write a single manuscript at a time, I always have four or five, even six manuscripts at the same time that I juggle when I lack inspiration on one. Suddenly, by writing several novels at the same time, there is a chance that they will end more or less all at the same time and at the end of 2020, I published a Novella of less than two hundred pages Alyssa , which tells the story life of a young man discovering that his neighbor is not an ordinary young woman, she is an Apothecary, or vulgarly, a magician, and she knows things about Walter and his family that he does not even know.
In 2021, I published my 4th novel, the first volume of a Space Opera duology, Damnatio Memoriae , which won a Watty's Award from the Wattpad platform, in 2019. Volume 2 is being written at the time of this writing (September 2021) and should be released at the end of the year or early next year.
I also have many projects in the process of writing or in draft form, details of which you can find under the My Projects page.
